Abstract

This paper analyses the administrative costs of public procurement for a large set of public customers in one of Russian regions (Kaluga region). Our results give an opportunity to make some conclusions about effectiveness of procurement procedures, types of procurements, and about possible regulation changes in Russian procurement system.
