Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются проблемы нарушения глобальных логистических цепочек, усугубляемые переходом к более устойчивым энергетическим технологиям. Показано, что, стремясь ограничить экологические и геоэкономические риски, государства предпринимают шаги по защите жизненно важных цепочек поставок полезных ископаемых и усиливают контроль над своими природными ресурсами, ограничивая инвестиции геополитических конкурентов в стратегических секторах и развивая партнерские отношения с дружественными странами, создавая альянсы и заключая двусторонние долгосрочные соглашения. Предпринятый авторами анализ позволяет утверждать, что по мере усиления геополитического соперничества, протекционизм и государственное вмешательство, вероятно, приведут к дальнейшей фрагментации в глобальном энергетическом секторе, особенно на рынках критических минералов и возобновляемых источников энергии. Сделан вывод о том, что расширение сферы охвата циркулярной экономики в современных условиях является стратегическим императивом.Библиографические ссылки
