Abstract

The paper presents the results of a study of the roadside service in Irkutsk oblast to further formulate the concept of its development. The main factors and problems of development of the roadside service were revealed, mathematical calculations were made, and thematic maps were compiled. The authors have created a geoinformation system based on the applied GIS MapInfo with the authors database.
