Abstract
The past year 2022 was marked by an extremely important and not entirely realized by all of us – the 100th anniversary of the founding of the USSR – the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Insufficient awareness is connected not only and not so much to the consequences of the collapse of the Soviet Union, it largely concerns the internal mechanisms and reasons underlying the principles of this state’s functioning, which ultimately led to its disintegration.References
