Abstract

The author of the paper who is a Head of the Novosibirskstat talks about a current situation in the statistical reporting concerning production and consumption of the grain (governmental approaches, accounting practice, methodical and political nuances of the statistical accounting). How much grain are currently produced and how much do we have only God knows he said and explained why it is happened and how could we live and work with this.
