Abstract
The main problems of constructing innovative information systems of preparation, processing and representation huge amount of unstructured data and usage mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) as access devices to information circulating in these systems are considered. Contents of intelligent processing of the incoming data stream, represented as text in natural language, is described. Approaches to providing user access to the data processed from mobile devices in case of communication instability are considered. The prototype of the specified class innovative information system is described.References
