Аннотация
В статье рассмотрена эволюция добровольных рыночно-ориентированных механизмов экологической ответственности. На примерах независимых международных систем сертификации показаны их сильные и слабые стороны, выявлены некоторые закономерности развития, проведены сопоставления с национальными квазигосударственными системами сертификации, очерчены вероятная роль первых и вторых в регулировании будущих международных торговых отношений. По мнению авторов, значимость добровольных рыночных механизмов регулирования экологической ответственности производителей будет возрастать, даже несмотря на наблюдаемые процессы геополитической фрагментации мирового рынка. Это свидетельствует о постепенном формировании «новой нормальности» в мировой экономике, которая призвана обеспечивать охрану природных экосистем и защиту прав человека при производстве и торговле как потребительскими, так и сырьевыми товарами. Непонимание и неучет этих механизмов создают ограничения и риски снижения конкурентоспособности для российского экспорта.Библиографические ссылки
