Аннотация
Проведенный автором анализ зарубежного опыта реформирования водного коммунального хозяйства позволяет заключить, что на сегодняшний день практика не дает однозначного ответа на вопрос, каково оптимальное соотношение частных и государственных интересов в этой отрасли. Частный сектор в этой сфере не продемонстрировал большей эффективности по сравнению с государственным или муниципальным.Библиографические ссылки
