Abstract

In the article the author analyzed the international experience of using the crisis indicators, and the necessity of the improving monitoring and forecasting systems of the economic crisis in Russian Federation. Proposed composite index of the risk of a financial crisis based on the change of indicators of the financial sector in 167 countries. Analyzed the risk of a financial crisis in Russia and proposed recommendations for its reduction.
