Poverty of Pensioners: Current State and Overcoming Ways

Abstract

For our country enduring transition to market economy in the conditions of long post of crisis stagnation, strengthening of economic stratification of the population creates additional risks for constantly reformed pension system. The given research is represented especially actual as in the scientific plan the poverty problem is investigated extremely poorly: are absent a little socially both economically well-founded criteria and indicators of an estimation of level of poverty and a prosperity of concrete categories of the population, are not revealed the factors regulating conditions of formation of poverty, there are no tools of state regulation of a long-term policy of poverty, etc.
