Abstract

A monitoring of methods of countries' healthcare systems effectiveness evaluation, which witnesses an absence of universal approach, was implemented. Effectiveness of a healthcare system is dependent on medical organizations, personnel and non-medical factors. Aspects of effectiveness of healthcare systems depending on stakeholders were highlighted: budgetary (government), technological (medical organizations) and social (personnel, patients).
