Foreign and Russian Scientometric Bases and Effective Contract in Higher Education (Economics)

Abstract

The article examines the possibility of using one of the formal indicators introduced in the Russian higher education system efficient contract - the number of publications in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. On the basis of analyzing the structure of domestic journals included in these scientometric database, publication -index statistic most cited domestic scientists and economists, analyze the possibility of using the system eLibrary, justified unreasonableness immediate transfer to the evaluation of the indicators proposed alternatives.
