Abstract

Authors offers conceptual approaches on improvement of tax, customs and regional politics in interrelation aiming to stimulate the economics of the Arctic regions including activating and providing balanced development of export, innovation and investment activity. The package of measures on improvement of tax, customs and tariff mechanisms for stimulation and support of the Russian Federation Arctic zone development is offered.
