Abstract

The paper considers the problem of getting out of the stagnation trap, in which the Russian economy has fallen as a result of uncritical implementation in the practice of economic management of the basic provisions of neoliberal theory, unjustified desire to fit into the global economy on any terms, weak demand of the Russian society for understanding the role of the state in economic management and low quality of this management. The article substantiates the need for dramatic strengthening of strategic planning, giving a new quality to the state economic management in part of expanding the responsibility for the formation of a guaranteed demand for products of large-scale investment projects of domestic business, the adaptation of the institution of public-private partnership to the changed after February 2022 realities.
