Abstract
Modern economic development is characterized by significant turbulence, which arises as a result of not only internal economic factors. The pandemic provides an important experience in adapting the economy to external shocks. The article is devoted to the discussion of a monograph prepared based on the results of a study that analyzed both the reaction of business and the state to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and post-crisis development scenarios. The article presents the lessons that can be learned from the experience of this response to increase the resilience of the Russian economy to crises and external shocks. Some forecasts of post-ovoid development contained in the monograph are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the limited size of the domestic market, which can complicate the digital transformation of the Russian economy. The actual scope of further research using the methodology of mesoeconomical analysis approved in the monograph is outlined.References
