Abstract

A large number of rural settlements and rural settlements with a small population, with poorly developed infrastructure and their uneven distribution in municipal districts pose risks for the integrated development of rural areas, necessitating the identification of priority rural settlements for future generations for integrated development. The article presents an analysis of the structure of the population for three groups of municipalities in the Novosibirsk region, analyzes the implementation of target indicators of the regional state program for 2020 and the results of financing activities for three program objectives. The author sees the success of the integrated development of territories in balanced budget financing to ensure the quality of living in rural areas and considers it necessary to guarantee a continuous process of fulfilling the tasks of state programs for the integrated development of rural areas.
