Labor Migration as an Element of Economic Security

Abstract

The problems of migration policy at the international, federal and regional levels. On the basis of monitoring carried out comparative dynamics of the qualitative composition of migrants and indigenous people of the EU countries according to age, level of employment and poverty risk. The features, priorities and microeconomic level, the problem of labor migration (for example, the Republic of Mari El). Special attention is paid to the results of a poll of students of migrant Volga State University of Technology, which allowed to determine the measures to improve labor migration as an element of economic security in a market economy.
