Abstract

This article describes the actual situation at the forest industry of the Russian Far East, that characterized by the exhaustion of the concentrated and economically available forest resources. There is also formulated the main problems complex, that demanding the decision, for transformation this sector into the most important reproduction sphere of economy of the Far East.
