Abstract
The problem of providing human resources of major investment projects in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is disclosed. The projects ought to lead to stable diversified industrial growth of the economy making an important part on socio - economic development in Russian Far East. A forecast balance of labor resources of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the long term is developed and reveals priority areas of training in education and major areas of economic activity.References
