Abstract

The article describes the main provisions of the Smart Grid development in Russia Framework: trends, vision and desired functional properties of the new system. The results of backlogs in the field of technology development and equipment analysis in the field of intellectual energy in Russia.Offered the mechanisms of the transition to the intellectual power in Russia implementation.
