Abstract

В 1990-е годы инициатором решений по обезвреживанию и переработке городских отходов (бытовых и промышленных)в Новосибирске было ОАО НПФ Техэнергохимпром.Mr. D. Trubitsin, Director General for Airoservice Company, and other leaders of the innovation community of the Novosibirsk Technopark present their ideas of what factors allow the Technopark, operating in far from hothouse environment, to make progress.
