Abstract

This article discusses one of the most difficult problems of the economy. How to increase the funds of public libraries? How to create a global visibility of research results of scientists, scientific schools? How to strengthen the international exchange of scientific, academic cooperation of researchers? Established institutional structure of the network economy lets you use five mechanisms to address the problem, including institutional repositories, open access journals. The article shows the main trends in the further development of modern institutional structures.
