Abstract
The article deals with the essence of health financing institutions of compulsory health insurance (CHI). It is shown that the amount of financing of medical institutions should be based on the standards of medical aid per person per year, but in the basic benefits package - per insured person. A comparison of financial standards approved in the Novosibirsk region, with the average standards in the Russian Federation. The conclusion about the need to increase the responsibility of health insurance companies by the quality control organization of health services.References
