Abstract

The results of the analysis of the legal provision of state support in the area of innovation in the regions - the members of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. Different models of innovative development and priorities in regional innovation policy regions of AIRR are described according to the analysis of the dynamics of innovation development, of innovation-active organizations activities and technological provision of the regions. Article actualizes the need to update innovative inter-regional cooperation and to develop methodological recommendations aimed to improve regional legislation.
