Аннотация
Цель данной статьи – показать, как идея «голубой экономики» концептуализируется в трех основных арктических прибрежных регионах: Северная Норвегия, Арктическая зона России и Аляска (США). Это делается на примере того, как функционируют рыболовство и аквакультура в этих трех регионах и на основе анализа проводимой ими официальной политики. Статья направлена на изучение современной организации управления «голубой экономикой», выявление слабых мест и лучших практик в трех рассматриваемых регионах. Кроме того, в статье ставится задача сформулировать выводы и проследить передовой опыт, способствующие разработке единой концепции «общеарктической структуры голубой экономики» и проложить путь к институционализации трансграничного синергетического эффекта.Библиографические ссылки
