Abstract

The article is based on the materials of several online seminars and conferences held in the summer and autumn of 2020 and dedicated to discussing the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Economists agree that the first-ever lockdown experience, born of a desire to stop the spread of infection, provoked a severe economic crisis, which one of the experts called a crisis of management decisions. The authors of the reports cited in the article agree that in order to successfully overcome the consequences of the coronary crisis, many states should radically revise the existing approaches to economic management.
