В статье изложены особенности стартовых условий Республики Татарстан в ориентации на инновации как источник решения комплекса проблем региона со сложившейся структурой хозяйства. Приводится классификация признаков, позволяющих оценить процесс перехода республики на инновационный тип развития как относительно успешный в РФ.We consider the set of starting conditions in the Republic of Tatarstan as they define the need for innovations as a source of solving problems in the existing industries of the region.
