Аннотация


Обсуждаются вопросы развития российской системы образования в связи с введением новых организационно-правовых форм государственных и муниципальных учреждений (автономных, бюджетных и казенных). Особое внимание уделяется эффективности работы образовательных учреждений в новых условиях.

The article considers the problem of the development of the Russian system of education in connection with the introduction of new organizing rights of state and municipal establishments (autonomous, budgetary and public). It is being studied the possibility and actuality to use autonomous educational establishments in the system of secondary education. Special attention is paid to effectiveness of the work of educational establishments under the new conditions.
