Future Development of Using Plasma Technologies for Treatment/Destruction of Industrial Waste

The results of studies on the use of plasma technology for the recycling and destruction of industrial wasteare given. A comparative analysis of thermal methods of processing on the example of solid waste is given.It is shown that processing industrial waste in the plasma becomes economically advantageous at higher rates or when using a secondary commercial products.

Can Oil and Gas Sector Become the Point of Growth for Russian Economy?

The paper describes the impact of oil and gas sector on economic development of Russia. It is shown that today this impact is revealed mainly through “donorship” to the budget in a form of tax and other obligatory payments, whereas the cross-sectoral linkages with domestic companies remain weak. This limits the opportunities for oil and gas companies to contribute to economic growth. We suggest the probable developments for the oil and gas sector, aimed to activate its impact on national economy, including the priority development of high-technology petrochemical production.

About the Choice of the Future Integration Model for the Eurasian Economic Union

In article the current stage of development of integration processes in Eurasian Economic Union (EАEU) is analyzed. It is stated that after exhaustion of instant effects the integration processes has lost necessary dynamism. Necessary condition of preserving positive impact of integration on economic dynamics is strengthening structural and technological components in activities of EAEU. Need of expansion of financial resources of development institutes of EAEU is stated. Targets on increase of R&D expenditures and growth of share of the manufacturing in forming of GDP for the countries of EАEU are proved.

Prospects for Issuing Shares of Russian Companies in the People’s Republic of China

Chinese financial market has significant potential, which is mainly focused on the development of the national economy. The paper analyzes the possibility of the shares offerings of Russian companies on the China’s stock exchanges in order to diversify the capital structure of Russian business. Based on the analysis we conclude that the Hong Kong Exchanges is the most attractive place to conduct an IPO of Russian companies. There are alternative mechanisms to attract equity capital on the stock exchanges in the China mainland which are revealed in the paper.

Indicatorsof Innovative Development of Russia Economy: Problems of Forecasting

The article presents the results of the analysis of key indicators dynamics of the Russian Federation innovative economy development from 2010 to 2014 in comparison with the target indicators reflected in the strategy of innovative development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020. Identified significant discrepancies between target and actual values of the indicators. It is established that the direction of the emerging trends do not correspond to target strategic targets. Constructed phase curves demonstrate the synergetic effect of attraction, which is important to consider when forecasting innovative development of the economy and the development of strategic policy documents.
